【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesatestmethodwhichcanprovidepreliminarydifferentiationbetweensimilarinsulatingmaterials,withrespecttotheirresistancetodamagewhenexposedtohigh-voltage,low-currentarcdischarges,occurringclosetotheirsurfaces.Thedischargescauselocalizedthermalandchemicaldecompositionanderosionandeventuallyaconductivepathformsacrosstheinsulatingmaterial.Theseverityofthetestconditionsisgraduallyincreased:intheearlystagesalow-currentarcdischargeisrepeatedlyinterrupted,whereasinthelaterstages,thearccurrentisraisedinsuccessivesteps.Becauseofitsconvenienceandbecauseoftheshorttimerequiredfortesting,thetestmethodisapplicableforpreliminaryscreeningofmaterials,fordetectingtheeffectsofchangesinformulationandforqualitycontroltesting.Previousexperiencewiththistest,showedacceptablereproducibilitywiththermosetmaterials.Usingthermoplastics,sometestinglaboratoriesreportunacceptablylargevariationintestresultswhichleadtotherecommendationnottousethetestforthermoplastics.NOTE-Attemptsarebeingmadetoreducethevariabilityoftheresultsoftestsonthermoplasticsbycontrollingtheelectrodepressureanddepthofpenetrationintothematerialduringthetest.Withoutsuchelectrodecontrol,testsonmanythermoplasticsmaynotbesufficientlymeaningfultobeperformed.Thistestmethodwillnot,ingeneral,permitconclusionstobedrawnconcerningtherelativearcresistancerankingsofmaterialswhichmaybesubjectedtoothertypesofarcs.Therankingofmaterialsmaydifferfromthatfoundinwettrackingtests(e.g.IEC60112,IEC60587andIEC61302)andfromtheirperformanceinservice,wheretheintensity,recurrencefrequencyandtimeofexposuretoarcdischargesareverydifferent.

【摘要】:Thisstandardisintendedforusewhentherun-outaccuracyofthemovingpartsofelectronbeamweldingmachinescomplyingwithENISO14744-1istobemeasuredinconnectionwithanacceptanceinspection.Itprovidesinformationontheprocedureandapparatustobeusedformakingthemeasurements.Giventhegreatvarietyofelectronbeamweldingmachines,thescopeofmeasurementsrequiredforacceptanceinspectionpurposesshouldbespecifiedseparatelyforthemachineconcerned.Run-outaccuracyasdefinedhereisasystematicerrorandthuscountsasoneoftheparametersbywhichtheperformanceofamachinetoolcanbecharacterized.Otherfactorsinfluencingperformance(e.g.dynamicforces,vacuumlevel,positioningaccuracyofCNCmachines)andmethodsofstatisticalevaluationarenotcoveredinthisstandard.Electronbeamweldinginvolvesmovementoftheworkpieceand/oroftheelectrongun.Successfulweldingpresupposesthatthismovementiseffectedbythedevicesconcerned(e.g.worktableandrotatingfixture)withagivendegreeofaccuracy.Thepurposeofthemeasurementisthustocheckwhetherandtowhatextenttherequiredrun-outaccuracyismaintained.
