【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestoatwoterminalavalanchejunctionsurgesuppressorforsurgeprotectiveapplicationonsystemswithdcto420Hzfrequencyandvoltagesequaltoorlessthan1000Vrmsor1200Vdc.TheavalanchejunctionsurgesuppressorisasemiconductordiodewhichcanoperateineithertheforwardorreversedirectionofitsV-Icharacteristic.Thedeviceisasinglepackagewhichmaybeassembledfromanycombinationofseriesand/orparalleldiodechips.Thisstandardcontainsdefinitions,serviceconditions,andaseriesoftestcriteriafordeterminingtheelectricalcharacteristicsofthesesemiconductoravalanchejunctionsurgesuppressors.Ifthecharacteristicsdifferwiththedirectionofconduction,theneachdirectionofconductionshallbeseparatelyspecified.1ArrestersarecoveredinANSI/IEEEC62.1-1984[1]2,3andANSI/IEEEC62.33-1982[2].
