【摘要】:Thetestmethodforparticulatesizingandnumbersongarmentsisnondestructiveandmaybeusedtoevaluatethecontaminationlevelsoffibersandparticlesonandincleanroomgarments.Thetestmaybeusedforevaluatingthecleanlinesslevelsofnewornewlycleanedgarments.Italsomaybeusedtoevaluatetheextentoffiberandparticulatecontaminationongarmentsthathavebeenworn,ifnecessary.Forthisapplication,itisnecessarytosamplerepresentativeareasofthegarmentfabric.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofdetachableparticulatecontaminant5morlarger,inandonthefabricofcleanroomgarments.1.2ThistestmethoddoesnotapplytononporousfabricssuchasTyvekorGortex.Itonlyappliestofabricsthatareporoussuchascottonorpolyester.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundvaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thistestmethodprovidesnotonlythetraditionalopticalmicroscopicanalysisbutalsoasizedistributionandsurfaceobscurationanalysisforparticlesonafine-texturedmembranefilterorinatapeliftsample.Itutilizestransmittedilluminationtorenderallparticlesdarkerthanthebackgroundforgrayleveldetection.Particlescollectedonopaqueplatesmustbetransferredtoasuitablemembranefilter.Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestoportabledevicesintendedforusewithvehicleshavingclass1insulationandbatterypoweredvehicleapplicationshavingbatterychargingunits.Theyhaveaswitchedprotectiveearth(SPE)andhereafterarereferredtoasSPE-PRCDs.TheSPE-PRCDconsistsofaplug,aresidualcurrentdevice(RCD)andaportablesocketoutlet.Thisstandardappliestoportabledevicesperformingsimultaneouslythefunctionsofdetectionoftheresidualcurrent,ofcomparisonofthevalueofthiscurrentwiththeresidualoperatingvalueandofopeningoftheprotectedcircuitwhentheresidualcurrentexceedsthisvalue.InadditiontotheRCDfunction,theSPE-PRCDsaddressincorrectsupplyconnectionsresultinginahazardouslivePEand/orsupplyfailure(forexample:lossofsupplyPEorlossofsupplyN).TheseSPE-PRCDsareintendedforapplicationonlyonTNandTTsystems.TheseSPE-PRCDswillnotoperateifusedonITorotherunearthedsystemssuchasisolatedwindinggeneratororisolatingtransformer.TheseSPE-PRCDs,duetothePEeffectivelybeinganopensupplyconductor,willnotfunctiontoclosethecontactsonanITsystem.NOTE1ForapplicationswhereduetothesupplysystemaSPE-PRCDcannotoperateaPRCD(accordingtoIEC61540)maybeused.SPE-PRCDsarenotrequiredtoincorporateovercurrentprotection.SPE-PRCDsareintendedtobesuppliedfromsingle-phaseortwo-phasecircuitswithratedcurrentsnotexceeding16Aforratedvoltagesnotexceeding250Va.c.,orwithratedcurrentnotexceeding32Aforratedvoltagesnotexceeding130Va.c.toearth.SPE-PRCDhavearatedresidualoperatingcurrentnotexceeding30mAandareintendedtoprovideadditionalprotectionagainstshockhazardincaseofdirectcontactonthecircuitdownstreamoftheSPE-PRCD.Thisprotectionisadditionaltothatprovidedbythefixedinstallations.Theywillnotdetectadirectcontactofapersonfromlinetoneutralanddonotsubstituteforsafeinstallationrequirements.Plugsandsocket-outletswillcomplywiththerelevantstandards.Theuseofanintegralfuseispermitted,ifnecessary,fortherelevantplugandsocket-outletsystem.SPE-PRCDarenotintendedtobeusedaspartofafixedinstallationorpermanentlyconnectedtoequipment.Theyshouldbeconnectedbyaplugandtheoutletshouldbeaportablesocketoutlet.IfaSPE-PRCDoftheincorrecttypeisused(exampleanLNSEinsteadofanLLSE)itshouldcontinuetoprotect.SPE-PRCDsincludingbatteriesarenotcoveredbythisstandard.AdditionalrequirementsmaybenecessaryforSPE-PRCDsusedinlocationshavingsevereenvironmentalconditions.
