【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportgivesanoverviewofbiodegradationtestsfortheaquaticenvironmentstandardizedbyISOandprovidesrecommendationsontheiruse.InAnnexA,thebiodegradationguidelinesfortheaquaticmediumoftheOECDareincluded,becausethesemethodsaresometimesidenticaltoISOstandardsorareusefulsupplements.Inaddition,inhibitorytestswithbacteriaandmixedbacterialinoculaareincludedinthisTechnicalReportbecauseapossibletoxicityontheinoculumisimportantinformationforthechoiceandperformanceofbiodegradationtests.Itisveryhelpfultodeterminebacteriatoxicityinadvanceusingthesameinoculumastheplannedbiodegradationtestbeforestartingbiodegradationtesting.
