【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforresistancespotweldinginthefabricationofassembliesofaluminiumsheet,extrusions(bothwork-andage-hardeningalloys)and/orcastmaterialcomprisingtwoorthreethicknessesofmetal,wherethemaximumsingle(sheet)thicknessofcomponentstobeweldediswithintherange0,6mmto6mm.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletotheweldingofsheetsorplatesofdissimilarthicknesswherethethicknessratioislessthanorequalto3:1.Itappliestotheweldingofthreethicknesseswherethetotalthicknessislessthanorequalto9mm.WeldingwiththefollowingtypesofmachinesiswithinthescopeofthisInternationalStandard:?pedestalweldingmachines;?gunwelders;?automaticweldingequipmentwherethecomponentsarefedbyrobotsorautomaticfeedingequipment;?multi-welders;?roboticwelders.InformationonappropriateweldingequipmentisgiveninAnnexAandonspotweldingconditionsinAnnexB.Thelatterareforguidanceonlyandmayrequiremodificationdependingonserviceconditionsofthefabrication,typeofweldingequipment,characteristicsofthesecondarycircuit,electrodematerialandgeometry.Theweldingofcoatedmaterial,e.g.zinc-coatedoranodisedmaterial,isnotwithinthescopeofthisInternationalStandard.
