【摘要】:Thistestmethoddifferentiatestherelativestabilityofhydraulicfluidsinthepresenceofwaterundertheconditionsofthetest.Hydrolyticallyunstablehydraulicfluidsformacidicandinsolublecontaminantswhichcancausehydraulicsystemmalfunctionsduetocorrosion,valvesticking,orchangeinviscosityofthefluid.Thedegreeofcorrelationbetweenthistestmethodandserviceperformancehasnotbeenfullydetermined.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthehydrolyticstabilityofpetroleumorsynthetic-basedhydraulicfluids.Note18212;Water-basedorwater-emulsionfluidscanbeevaluatedbythistestmethod,buttheyarerunx201C;asis.x201D;Additionalwaterisnotaddedtothe100-gsample.Inthesecases,thepersonrequestingthetestneedstoletthetestoperatorknowthatwaterispresent.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.TheEnglishunitsgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Specificwarningstatementsaregivenin3.1,6.1,6.3,6.9andAnnexA1.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsofcalculatingthebasicdynamicloadratingofrollingbearingswithinthesizerangesshownintherelevantISOpublications,manufacturedfromcontemporary,commonlyused,highqualityhardenedbearingsteel,inaccordancewithgoodmanufacturingpracticeandbasicallyofconventionaldesignasregardstheshapeofrollingcontactsurfaces.Thisdocumentalsospecifiesmethodsofcalculatingthebasicratinglife,whichisthelifeassociatedwith90%reliability,withcommonlyusedhighqualitymaterial,goodmanufacturingqualityandwithconventionaloperatingconditions.Inaddition,itspecifiesmethodsofcalculatingthemodifiedratinglife,inwhichvariousreliabilities,lubricationcondition,contaminatedlubricantandfatigueloadofthebearingaretakenintoaccount.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotcovertheinfluenceofwear,corrosionandelectricalerosiononbearinglife.Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletodesignswheretherollingelementsoperatedirectlyonashaftorhousingsurface,unlessthatsurfaceisequivalentinallrespectstothebearingring(orwasher)racewayitreplaces.Double-rowradialbearingsanddouble-directionthrustbearingsare,whenreferredtointhisdocument,presumedtobesymmetrical.Furtherlimitationsconcerningparticulartypesofbearingsareincludedintherelevantclauses.
